Noel Lopez, founder, and co-owner of Structure Realty LLC grew up in the Humboldt Park area of Chicago where at a young age he developed a passion for real estate when he was exposed to the industry by his father, who excelled in the art of flipping homes.
Noel, a Chicago police 20-year veteran, decided in 2004 to pursue his passion for real estate and became a real estate broker committed to providing his clients with professional and timely service, in commercial, land, and residential transactions.
Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of closing transactions totaling over $25 million dollars and is excited to continue this calling of guiding clients throughout their transaction process. He attributes his success to the personal approach he takes in assisting his clients, always willing to go above & beyond, to achieve the client’s goals and expectations.
